OPEN POSITION
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Setting: in-home, school and community sessions
Service area: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County
Clients: children ages 2 to 6 in early intervention programs
What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions following each child’s individualized treatment plan
- Work under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect accurate session data and complete session notes on time
- Support skill building in communication, social, play and daily living skills
- Help parents and caregivers practice strategies between sessions
- Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (required); Spanish is a plus
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Experience working with young children, preferred
- Patience, reliability and a genuine interest in helping children and families
