Hello, I’m Lorianne (Anne) Alvarez.
As the Founder and CEO of Effective Family Support, I’m dedicated to helping children thrive through caring, evidence-based care in North Miami.
What began as a passion for understanding the science of behavior and the joy of working with children has grown into building a team of devoted professionals who share the same values of integrity, collaboration, and care.
About the Founder
Education
I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with dual master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Psychology, and I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology to further enhance the quality of care I provide to families.
Experience
With more than seven years of experience supporting children ages 1 to 18 with neurodevelopmental and behavioral challenges, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of families toward meaningful progress and brighter futures.
